INGREDIENTS
- Some very thinly slices of carpaccio
- Same amount of grilled eggplant slices
- Sage, rosemary, garlic, and some leaf of mint
- Some lemon slice
- optional MCT oil
- 1 tomato slice to decorate
- arugola
- Roasted chicken slices
Cooking time 15 minutes plus the time for the marinade of the meat and the grilling of the eggplants
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate the meat toghether with the mixture of herbs and garlic and the lemon slices.
- Now if you want you can put the MCFA oil (Medium chain fatty acids) or alternatively some lemon juice.
- Add some salt and pepper.
- Marinade can last some hours or even the whole night.
- We can put the carpaccio slice spread with the eggplant slice and chicken slice on it, arugola, oregano, a piece of lemon and tomato or rolling it as a roulade closing with a toothpick.
