INGREDIENTS
- 250 g of veal
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- Celery
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary
- 200 g of peas
- 2 carrots
- 4 not too big potatoes
Cooking time 1 hour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop all the vegetables and then put them in non-stick pan with meat and white wine.
- Throw in rosemary too and cover.
- Simmer and if needed put some white wine.
- After 30 minutes, uncover it and brown (without cover).
- In the meanwhile you cook in the microwave oven carrots, potatoes and beans (all separated).
- When the meat is browned, throw in some glasses of vegetable broth or water and cook it for 10 minutes then it is ready!
