INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of veal
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • Celery
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 200 g of peas
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 not too big potatoes

Cooking time 1 hour

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chop all the vegetables and then put them in non-stick pan with meat and white wine.
  • Throw in rosemary too and cover.
  • Simmer and if needed put some white wine.
  • After 30 minutes, uncover it and brown (without cover).
  • In the meanwhile you cook in the microwave oven carrots, potatoes and beans (all separated).
  • When the meat is browned, throw in some glasses of vegetable broth or water and cook it for 10 minutes then it is ready!
