*Radicchio is a red-leafed chicory.
INGREDIENTS
- 500g of radicchio
- 350 g of chopped chicken breast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Soya sauce
- 1 slice of ginger
- 50g of Philadelphia light 3%
- 2 glasses of vegetable broth
Cooking time 30 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the radicchio and put it in a pan with vegetable broth and one clove of garlic.
- In the mean time cook the chicken, with garlic, sage, ginger and white wine.
- Lastly season with soya sauce.
- When the radicchio is ready put it in the mixer, throw in philadelphia and so even the sauce is ready!
