INGREDIENTS
- 5 leaves of savoy cabbage
- 200g lean meat
- 1 garlic clove
- A few spring onions
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg white
- Half a glass of 0% milk
- A few basil leaves
- Tomato base sauce
- 4 boiled potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
- Blanch the cabbage leaves (you can also use the microwave).
- Chop the onions and sauté them in a pan with the slices of meat.
- Once cooked, blend them with the bread soaked in milk.
- Place the mixture back in the pan to “reduce,” then add the egg white.
- Fill the cabbage leaves and arrange them on a bed of tomato sauce diluted with a glass of water.
- Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the water has reduced.
- Finally, add boiled potatoes, cut into pieces, and let them flavor together with the cabbage rolls.
