INGREDIENTS

  • 5 leaves of savoy cabbage
  • 200g lean meat
  • 1 garlic clove
  • A few spring onions
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg white
  • Half a glass of 0% milk
  • A few basil leaves
  • Tomato base sauce
  • 4 boiled potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blanch the cabbage leaves (you can also use the microwave).
  • Chop the onions and sauté them in a pan with the slices of meat.
  • Once cooked, blend them with the bread soaked in milk.
  • Place the mixture back in the pan to “reduce,” then add the egg white.
  • Fill the cabbage leaves and arrange them on a bed of tomato sauce diluted with a glass of water.
  • Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the water has reduced.
  • Finally, add boiled potatoes, cut into pieces, and let them flavor together with the cabbage rolls.
