INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken sausages
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- A few sage leaves
- A small bunch of parsley
- 2-3 basil leaves
- 1 white onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 and a half glasses of white wine
- Philadelphia Balance 3% fat
- pepper
- MCT oil (optional)
Time needed 30 minutes
PREPARATION
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, season with salt, and cook in a pan with half a glass of white wine on low heat for about 10 minutes (add 2-3 tablespoons of MCT oil if desired).
- Finely chop all the herbs and add them to the onion with half a glass of white wine. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
- Next, add the sausages, thinly sliced, stir, season with freshly ground black pepper, and cook for a few minutes before adding half a glass of white wine.
- Let it cook for another 10 minutes, and it’s ready.
- Finally, add the Philadelphia Balance 3% fat, stir well so it blends into the sauce, and it’s ready to serve!
