INGREDIENTS

  • 3 potatoes
  • 50 g feta light 1%
  • 1 turkey frankfurter 1%
  • 2 boiled zucchini
  • ½ shallot
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 slice of bread or the inner part of the potatoes

Cooking time 90 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put the potatoes in the microwave for 15-20 minutes, the potatoes must be not completely cooked.
  • When they are ready,take the potatoes and start digging them.
  • Put in the “hole” the mixture (boiled zucchini,white egg, shallot, feta 1%, slice of bread or the inerr part of the potatoes) earlier mixed in a food processor and lay down in a oven pan with some white wine or salt water.
  • Put in the oven (earlier warmed up) at 180° for 40 – 45 minutes.
  • Then turn off the oven until it cools down.
