INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of cherry tomatoes (around 15)
- 100 g of turkey or roasted chicken 1%
- 1 baby onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 slices of bread
- some leaves of basil
Preparation time: 15 minutes plus 2 hours for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mince all together bread, baby onion, garlic, basil and the slices of turkey or chicken.
- Empty the cherry tomatoes and add this part of the tomato to the minced.
- Combine and stuff the cherry tomatoes after salted.
- Put in oven for 10 minutes at 200° then reduce the temperature at 120° for 2 hours and half.
- They must become soft and lined.
