INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes around 300 g
  • 1 fresh baby onion
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 frankfurters (1,5% of fat)
  • just enoguh white wine to season the boiled potatoes
  • 1 jar of greek yoghurt (0% of fat)
  • 1 spoonful of turmeric or curry

Cooking time 30 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • We boil the potatoes and when they are boiled we saison with salt and white wine.
  • We boil the frankfurters in the boiling water for some minutes and then we cut them into small pieces.
  • We mince the fresh baby onion and the 4 pickled cucumbers.
  • Let’s mix all the ingredients and add salt to your taste
  • We liquefy the turmeric or the curry in the lemon juice and we spill it on the mixture lastly we put the jar of yoghurt and we mix.
  • It can be stored in the fridge or consumed at room temperature.
