INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cups warm water
  • 250 gr bread flour
  • baker’s active yeast cube
  • salt to taste

Cooking time 15 minutes in the oven

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Melt ½ cube of yeast in lukewarm water and put 250 gr of flour.
  • Knead the ingredients and let them rest.
  • Sprinkle the ingredients and season the pizza with what is allowed (tomato sauce, basil and minced bresaola in place of sausage,).
  • Champignon mushrooms could be added or the very famous greek cheese ( finally in the  0,1% version)  Feta , cooked previously with garlic and parsley or any other ingredient included in the list of the allowed items (chicory and so on).
