INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of chickpeas
  • half onion
  • 1 – 2 cloves of garlic
  • A sprig of parsley

Preparing time:

  • 15 minutes to prepare
  • 30 minutes for resting the mixture before cooking
  • 30 minutes for the cooking in oven
  • 24 hours for soaking the chickpeas

INSTRUCTIONS

  • We put onion, garlic and parsley in the mixer and we mince, afterwards we put the chickpeas and we mince them but not at all, the chickpeas must become pretty grainy.
  • They don’t have to get creamy!!!
  • Let’s knead it with the other ingredients and we let the mixer rest for 30 minutes.
  • In order to soften the mixer, we can use some spoonful of milk (0,1% fat) or MCT oil.
  • The oven must 180° we put the balls in it for 30 minutes, after 15 minutes we flip them. Very tasty dish!

P.S.: We tried to add some turmeric… very good as well!
