INGREDIENTS
- 3 zucchini
- 1 chicken breast,cut in very thin slices
- 4 boiled egg whites
- 3 cloves of garlic, sage
- red or balsamic vinegar
- breadcrumbs
- 1 glass white wine
- Cooking time 1 hour
- Grill zucchini in a grill pan

INSTRUCTIONS
- Grill zucchini.
- In a grill pan lightly cook garlic and sage in white wine then add the breaded chicken breast slices as the wine starts to evaporate and cook them until browned.
- Remove the chicken and add red or balsamic vinegar (I use balsamic vinegar) and let it cook with the ingredients in the pan.
- In an oven pan place a layer of grilled zucchini then chicken and the boiled egg whites cut in small pieces and some vinegar from the pan.
- Top with another layer of zucchini sprinkled with the vinegar, sage and garlic.
- This dish can be eaten cold or room temperature.
