INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breast slices
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5-6 leaves of sage
- 1 onion
- 1 spoonful of capers
- 2 glasses of white wine
- oregano – chili pepper
- Some spoonful of milk 0,1
- toasted (in oven )bread slices
- egg white (of a boiling egg)
Cooking time 40 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put chicken breast slices with a half glass of white wine in a non-stick pan.
- Put gradually the rest of white wine to brown the chicken breasts.
- They must look golden. Now let them cool.
- When cooled enough put them in the mixer egg whites , onion and half of the capers.
- Taste to put the right quantity of salt and oregano at this time put the rest of the capers and blend again!
P.S.: I tried with a well boiled potato, I smashed it and then put in the mix to blend better the ingredients.
Another simply solution is: Add some milk 0% and stir until the mix doesn’t get the desired consistency then if you want you add salt.
