INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breast slices
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 leaves of sage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spoonful of capers
  • 2 glasses of white wine
  • oregano – chili pepper
  • Some spoonful of milk 0,1
  • toasted (in oven )bread slices
  • egg white (of a boiling egg)

Cooking time 40 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put chicken breast slices with a half glass of white wine in a non-stick pan.
  • Put gradually the rest of white wine to brown the chicken breasts.
  • They must look golden. Now let them cool.
  • When cooled enough put them in the mixer egg whites , onion and  half of the capers.
  • Taste to put the right quantity of salt and oregano at this time put the rest of the capers and blend again!

P.S.: I tried with a well boiled potato, I smashed it and then put in the mix to blend better the ingredients.
Another simply solution is: Add some milk 0% and stir until the mix doesn’t get the desired consistency then if you want you add salt.
