INGREDIENTS
- 1 small cauliflower
- 100g feta light
- 1 frankfurter light
- 1 clove of garlic
- basil
- 50g of flour
Cooking time 40 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the cauliflower, prepare the besciamella, in the meanwhile mince basil, garlic and frankfurter and 50g of feta light, then mix with the beasciamella.
- Lay in this order besciamella, cauliflower, feta slices, again cauliflower, besciamella and feta.
- Garnish with some leaves of basil.
- Put in the microwave for 15- 20 minutes.
