INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 100g feta light
  • 1 frankfurter light
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • basil
  • 50g of flour

Cooking time 40 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Boil the cauliflower, prepare the besciamella, in the meanwhile mince basil, garlic and frankfurter and 50g of feta light, then mix with the beasciamella.
  • Lay in this order besciamella, cauliflower, feta slices, again cauliflower, besciamella and feta.
  • Garnish with some leaves of basil.
  • Put in the microwave for 15- 20 minutes.
