INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken sausages
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • A few sage leaves
  • A small bunch of parsley
  • 2-3 basil leaves
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 and a half glasses of white wine
  • Philadelphia Balance 3% fat
  • pepper
  • MCT oil (optional)

Time needed 30 minutes

PREPARATION

  • Finely chop the onion and garlic, season with salt, and cook in a pan with half a glass of white wine on low heat for about 10 minutes (add 2-3 tablespoons of MCT oil if desired).
  • Finely chop all the herbs and add them to the onion with half a glass of white wine. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Next, add the sausages, thinly sliced, stir, season with freshly ground black pepper, and cook for a few minutes before adding half a glass of white wine.
  • Let it cook for another 10 minutes, and it’s ready.
  • Finally, add the Philadelphia Balance 3% fat, stir well so it blends into the sauce, and it’s ready to serve!
