INGREDIENTS

  • 250g white flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 25/30g fat-free cocoa powder
  • 100g cornflakes
  • 100ml MCT oil
  • 100ml excellent Vinsanto (preferably dry)
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15–20 minutes

PREPARATION

  • Mix all the ingredients and form small balls (about 23–25).
  • Place them in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection is better) and bake for about 15–20 minutes.
  • Note: The cornflakes can be ground, and the flavors will blend better.
