INGREDIENTS
- 250g white flour
- 100g sugar
- 25/30g fat-free cocoa powder
- 100g cornflakes
- 100ml MCT oil
- 100ml excellent Vinsanto (preferably dry)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15–20 minutes
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients and form small balls (about 23–25).
- Place them in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection is better) and bake for about 15–20 minutes.
- Note: The cornflakes can be ground, and the flavors will blend better.
