INGREDIENTS
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 slice of bread soaked in milk and drained
- 1 can of tuna in water
- garlic – parsley – onion – sage
- white wine
- suggested side dish : green peas and 2 peppers
Cooking time: 90 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the tuna with minced garlic, parsley and the drained bread, spread the mix on the turkey breast slice, roll the slice and close it up with a string.
- Pre-heat in a pan white wine, garlic and sage and once hot add the turkey roll too.
- Add some white wine as the liquids in the pan evaporate until the meat has a golden-brown colour
- For the side dish:
- Put 2 peppers (previously cooked in the microwave) together with garlic, parsley and peas.
- Drain any liquid then add some tomato sauce and cook for few minutes to add flavour.
