INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast cut in to stripes 200 g
- Rice flour in order to make the batter ( I used 50g of rice flour and 50g of wheat)
- Very cold sparkling water
- Ground of garlic sage and rosemary
Cooking time 20 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the batter putting the same quantity of rice and wheat flour and add some sparkling water.
- Mix and then salt, pepper and put the ground and the chicken breasts cut in to stripes
- Preheat a non stick pan and then lay the chicken breasts.
- Once one side becomes golden flip it and do it again with the other side.
- To be served very very hot and with lemon wedges
P.S.: If you have time at your disposal, you can even use a oven, preheat it at 180° in a convenction oven for 30 minutes.
