*Radicchio is a red-leafed chicory.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of radicchio
  • 350 g of chopped chicken breast
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Soya sauce
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 50g of Philadelphia light 3%
  • 2 glasses of vegetable broth

Cooking time 30 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the radicchio and put it in a pan with vegetable broth and one clove of garlic.
  • In the mean time cook the chicken, with garlic, sage, ginger and white wine.
  • Lastly season with soya sauce.
  • When the radicchio is ready put it in the mixer, throw in philadelphia and so even the sauce is ready!
